Common Questions
What clients ask us first
Amazon removed my listing for IP infringement. What can I do?
Options include asking the rights owner to retract the complaint, showing the goods are authentic, or submitting evidence that your product does not infringe — often supported by an attorney's non-infringement letter.
What is a non-infringement letter?
A letter from a U.S. attorney analyzing the asserted right and explaining why your product does not infringe it. Platforms often give it significant weight in an appeal.
Can a competitor misuse IP complaints against me?
It happens. If a complaint is unfounded, we can respond to the platform and, where appropriate, address the complainant directly.
Someone is copying my product. How do I take them down?
If you hold a registered trademark, copyright or patent, we can file complaints through the platform's reporting tools and, if needed, send a cease-and-desist letter.
