Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. We believe the site currently conforms with that standard, and we keep checking as we add content.
How we built and test the site
The site uses plain, semantic HTML with CSS and a small amount of JavaScript, so it works with screen readers, keyboard navigation and browser zoom. Text and controls are designed to meet WCAG contrast levels, images have text descriptions, form fields have labels and clear error messages, and pages adapt to small screens. We last reviewed the site on October 17, 2026, using automated testing against WCAG 2.2 AA on every page at desktop and phone sizes, together with manual checks of contrast, keyboard use and mobile layout.
Known limitations
Entries in our ILND case list come from court records, and some contain very long lists of party names. On small screens these are shortened, with a control to show the full text. Links to other websites, such as Google Maps, lead to content we do not control.
